Beautifully executed piece by an artist who is no longer with us; Michael died a number of years ago. When I still come across any of his work, I grab it. It is rare to see a hair piece with this much detail. Definitely unique.
I picked this up in 2016 but, it got misfiled. The stretchable hair band is approximately 2" in diameter and is replaceable.
