This bracelet can be adjusted smaller or larger by removing or adding rings and/or flower "charms". If you remove a charm, for an additional fee, a pendant could be made. If you want/need to add there will also be an additional cost. Artie usually suggests building custom over altering but having a qualified jeweler remove a link or a round shouldn't be overwhelming.
