Artist/Source: Arick & L Lukila Zuni Jewelry- Zuni, New Mexico, USA Native American Indian Jewelry
Description: This is a signature design by the Lukilas, this one in turquoise. It is a lovely design, I wish I had one for myself. It is a lightweight ring and, when I was able to get them, among my most popular.
Historically I try to keep it in various sizes and versions of inlay. Unfortunately the artists have not been heard from since sometime in 2015 by anyone I know who deals with them. The assumption, at this writing, is they are no longer working.
***LAST OF THEIR KIND BY THESE ARTISTS
***CANNOT BE RE-ORDERED***
Remember to check the dimensions-the photos are extreme close-ups
Metal: Sterling Silver
Stones or Other Materials: Turquoise (stabilized)
Signed: A & L Lukila (etched)
Hallmarked: None Not unusual for Zuni work. The piece is non-magnetic
Repeatable Design: Not by these artists. See above. If they resurface I will be placing a large re-order but am told to NOT count on this.
I have acquired the same design by a different artist (L Panteah, a few are posted). The work is not as refined but it has prevented this popular design from disappearing altogether.
Available in other materials: I have this on hand in a number of combinations (turquoise or coral only, coral & opal) in a few sizes. Search A & L Lukila. Different combinations may be different prices.
