Z Kenneth Bitsie & Clayton Tom- Navajo
Bracelet - Link
Micro-Inlay
Onyx, Turquoise (2), Jasper, & Opal
Sterling Silver

Kenneth Bitsie (silversmith), Clayton Tom (micro-inlay), Navajo

Kenneth is one of the long time members of the consortium of artists that comprises Stoneweaver. Unlike most inlay shops (Supersmith, as an example), the Stoneweaver silverwork is handmade not cast. I carry work from both, so this is not a slam, just a fact.

Any "cloudiness" are reflections, the dark black areas are much more representative of the appearance.  This was a rush post for by customer request, if it is still here, I will try to get better photos this weekend.

Clayton Tom is an award winning jewelry-maker and one of the premier micro-inlay artists in Native American work. Don't ask me why the silversmith is the one who signs the work, I've never really understood or agreed with it.  I think BOTH should sign, but nobody asked me.

The attention to detail is staggering and consistent. I like looking at it under a magnifying glass to see the nuances.

I have other micro-inlay work by this team and other work by Sylvana Apache and Supersmith.
