Randy Secatero & Sylvana Apache, Navajo - New Mexico, USA
Another special bracelet for petite wrists. Most people make you special order this size, but I try to keep some in-stock.
Randy and Sylvana do some of the nicest silver on copper that I've seen. The bracelets have a significant amount of heft from the copper content. The quality of the stamping work is excellent, very sharp.
They also work in all-silver, particularly "tri" cuffs. Their cuffs are great for "stacking" together or mixed with other artists work.
These photos don't do justice. There is oxidizing (black) that adds contrast to the designs, giving more drama to the piece than pictured here.
Almost all their work is unisex, whether or not it will work for you is contingent on size and taste.
You should always check not only the size, but the weight of the piece. Randy and Sylvana work in varying gauges of materials, this will impact the weight, and quite possibly, the adjustability, but not necessarily the price.
I also carry some work from Randy's son, Wylie Secatero
Some people have more acidic perspiration than others; they are more likely to experience some skin discoloration from the copper. It won't hurt you, it just turns your wrist a bit green and can be washed off. Wipe your bracelet down each night to help remove the acids.
