Beautifully executed bracelet with matching ring, Hand cut needlepoint & snake-eye turquoise and bezels. I don't have any specific biographical info on Loncasion. I do know this is one of his signature pieces. I have seen the design with slight variations in the layout of the stones.
The set was purchased new in August of 2011 from a trusted Native American owned trading entity. I do not know how long they had it in stock. I squirreled it away until now that my website is live. I am offering this set at that same price as was placed on it at time of purchase. This much I do know, if it were to be fabricated today and made available it would be significantly more expensive due to the difficulty and expense associated with getting Sleeping Beauty turquoise.
I had a spectacular squash blossom I purchased at the same time, by the same artist, that I sold to the first person who saw it. I have not seen anything for twice the price that was as well executed...and I HAVE been looking.
Due to the inlay, this bracelet is very minimally adjustable.
