Myron Panteah Zuni/Navajo - New Mexico Native American Jewelry
This cute little Kokopelli with is one of Myron's many whimsical designs. The earrings have a silver dot and then drop to the triangle that makes up the earring itself. See also Myron's Kokopelli pendants. Myron was a student of the great Duane Maktima's (see elsewhere on site) Pueblo V school. I picked up quite a few pieces of his more accessible (price-wise) work at Santa Fe Indian Market in 2015.
I had both pendants and earrings. I also had some of his gold on silver bracelets (Sorry folks, these are, how do I say it, less accessible - but gorgeous).
Myron was a very funny guy (note photo on his artist page) and had severe health issues in his latter years but had a great spirit.
