Eugene & Georgia Sanchez Kewa (Santo Domingo Pueblo), New Mexico Native American Indian jewelry
Award winning artists (as recently as Santa Fe Indian Market 2014) have created some cutting edge designs of Incredible one-of-a kind multi-inlay
Description: These tear-drop shaped earrings have approximately 92 separate hand-cut and set linear and square Inlays. The Mother of Pearl flashes brightly from different angles. The stones are Turquoise, Jet, and White Mother of Pearl backed by Jet. The inlay is executed with great precision. The earrings are supplied with rubber backing clutches to assure you don't lose them
As they do not use silver backing they are quite lightweight for their size. This is a double-edged sword, the lack of silver makes them more fragile - don't go dropping these on a hard floor!
There is no one else currently doing work like Eugene and Georgia.
Remember to check the dimensions - the photos are extreme close-ups
