Myron Panteah, Zuni/Navajo - New Mexico, USA
Myron passed away in early March 2016 at the age of 49.
A fine sample of Myron's classic Storyteller cuff in silver and gold. Myron is a real hoot (see photos on my Myron Panteah Artist page) and his work clearly has elements of humor in it. Make no mistake, he is one of the top artists working in silver and gold. He is a third generation jeweler but also trained under Duane Maktima at Pueblo V Design Institute. The cuts are all hand done with a saw.
The photos on the black background are most accurate, I included the others to help view details on the cut-outs.
I suspect Myron may have used Argentium silver on this but I'm not sure of it.
