Eldrick & Charlotte Seoutewa - Zuni Pueblo, Native American Jewelry
A special inlay pendant is larger and more elaborate than most of the items I acquired from the Seoutewas. The Seoutewas work mostly in inlay and petit-point. I picked up quite a bit of dainty work in 2015 at Santa Fe Indian Market because they are handmade and executed with greater precision than some of the less expensive "shop" versions of similar designs.
They are mostly using Kingman turquoise now due to the extreme expense associated with what is left of Sleeping Beauty.
A large amount of Zuni work is unsigned and un-hallmarked but the Seoutewa's do both on almost everything
Nice people and active in their Pueblo community affairs.
