Wil Vandever, Navajo Jewelry- New Mexico, USA Native American Indian Jewelry
Beautiful teardrop cab of Royston turquoise surrounded by Wil's unique coil and bead setting. Wil's work is amazing. His is an unmistakable design with wire coil, silver beading, saw cuts, and stamping - all handmade.
Another of Wil's trademarks is the use of really good stones. Like all the artists and shops he is having great difficulty finding these now. The Japanese LOVE Native American jewelry (can you blame them)? They make foray's over here to buy up the stones and then commission artists to make pieces for them. The majority of Wil's work gets sold to Japan. It is my goal to make it more available here!
Historically he almost exclusively works in cuff bracelets, pendants, and rings.
