The addition of the top dot and swivel is a variation on Sheryl's little rounded "sharkfin" triangles. This pair is dazzling and made even more so by creating it to dangle, the movement adding to iridescence of the opals.

I have been somewhat resistant to the imitation opals of this sort but the artists have been using it more frequently and it has definitely grown on me.  Who am I to tell them what they should or shouldn't use?  What I've found is customers really seem to like it.
