Artist: Eldrick & Charlotte Seoutewa - Zuni Pueblo, New Mexico, USA
The Seoutewas work mostly in inlay and petit-point. I picked up quite a few of dainty pieces this year at Indian Market because they are handmade and executed with greater precision than some of the less expensive "shop" version on the similar designs. They are mostly using Kingman turquoise now due to the extreme expense associated with what is left of Sleeping Beauty.
A large amount of Zuni work is unsigned and un-hallmarked but the Seoutewa's do both on almost everything
Nice people and active in their Pueblo community affairs.
