This piece is unsigned. I have no idea who the artist was. I trust the source. I thought it was a nice piece for the price. Given the cost, I am assuming the turquoise is stabilized and possibly enhanced...but I don't know. Due to the cabochon being at the very top, this piece should be somewhat adjustable in either direction.
