I don't have any biographical info on Anthony.  There are several layers of silver overlay and the stones have been nicely worked. This piece displays excellent execution.

 It's very pretty and a great deal as it was purchased in 2011.   The design can periodically be found with different stones. Due to the inlay, this banded bracelet is NOT adjustable.

Remember to check the dimensions-the photos are extreme close-ups

Bracelet Total Size: 6-1/2 (Medium) Oval (This runs large. I have a 6-5/8" wrist and this a has a nice loose fit that rides my wrist. I think this might be too large for a true 6-1/2 wrist. There is too much inlay to allow adjustment
