This could probably be worn by on wrists 6" to 6-1/2".

 I have a 6-1/2" wrist.  I have no problem placing it on my left wrist using my dominant hand to open and close it.  It is just tight enough that placing it on my right wrist and trying to operate it with the my left hand (non-dominant) is do-able but difficult, one added ring would solve that for me.

For a fee, this bracelet has adjust-ability smaller or larger by removing or adding rings or link rectangles.
