This is a great design, combining the twist wire with beads around the silver dome. The reflection of the twist wire in the dome gives the impression of a smaller twist-wire that isn't really there.

The "charms" are 1" diameter.  A quarter almost totally covers the entire charm with just the edges of the beads visible around the coin.

I also have this in Shepherd's Hook earrings.

This bracelet can be adjusted smaller or larger by removing or adding jump rings and/or rounds.  If you remove a round, for an additional fee, a pendant or ring could be made.  If you want/need to add there will also be an additional cost. Artie usually suggests building custom over altering but having a qualified jeweler remove a round shouldn't be overwhelming.
