Andy Cadman - Navajo - Ring
Sonora Sunrise Oval
Silver Beads with Stamping
Size 7

Artist/Source: Andy Cadman - Navajo Jewelry- New Mexico, USA

Native American Indian Jewelry

Description: A nice cabochon of Sonora Sunrise in a setting created by well-known artist, Andy Cadman.  Andy comes from a family of prominent silversmiths including brother Darrell and half-brothers Gary and Sunshine Reeves. The silver is comprised of beads with stamping and twist-wire and bead perimeter.

I picked over a number of rings by Andy that had the Sonora Sunrise and selected what I felt this were the best examples on hand. I sold another one before I had a chance to photograph or post it. The stone is found in Mexico and is a combination of the aqua-green of Chrysocolla,  Cuprite (red), Chalcotricite (orange red), and black (iron).

I also have some earrings and a pendant of this stone (not made by Andy).

Remember to check the dimensions-the photos are extreme close-ups
The photos are often MUCH larger than the actual piece
