Beautifully formed medium-sized lion from Cheryl. Serpentine comes in many colors and patterns. I find this mottled mustard-yellow colored version is one of the more unusual and attractive of the serpentine variations.
At time of posting, I had a significantly smaller version by Cheryl. It has a nice stone but not as interesting, with less inclusions ion it. I have included two photos here with both mountain lions so you can see a comparison and size perspective of each. IMPORTANT: The only item being sold on this page is the larger of the two.
The Zuni, the mountain lion is the most powerful of the hunting animals and yellow is the color of the north, representing the elder brother of the animals of the other directions.
